About the project
Bringing care management into one place
Homage Enterprise was designed for care facilities that need to coordinate care for multiple recipients within their facility.
Instead of managing individual care requests separately, the platform gives facility teams a centralized way to register care recipients, schedule individual or group visits, track ongoing care, and review the care professionals delivering it.
01
The Challenge
Managing care at scale
Coordinating care for one recipient is already complex. Doing it for dozens of recipients inside a facility introduces an entirely different set of challenges.
Facility teams needed to manage multiple recipients, different care requirements, schedules, locations, and care professionals while keeping track of what was happening across the facility. The existing process made it difficult to get a clear picture of upcoming and ongoing care, especially when multiple recipients needed care at the same time.
The challenge was to create a system that could make complex care coordination feel simple, organized, and manageable.
02
The Goal
Make facility care easier to coordinate
The goal was to create a centralized experience that would allow care teams to move from requesting care to managing the entire care journey in one place.
The goal was to:
Add and manage care recipients
Book care for a single recipient or a group
Manage recurring and upcoming visits
Track ongoing care
Match care requirements with care professionals
Review completed visits and care professionals
Manage care preferences and instructions
The bigger goal: give facility teams a clear overview of care without adding more complexity to their daily workflow.

The Solution: One place to manage every care journey
From individual requests to facility-wide care management
I designed Homage Enterprise around the idea of a centralized care management workflow. Rather than treating every booking as an isolated transaction, the experience connects the different parts of the care journey:
I designed Homage Enterprise around the idea of a centralized care management workflow. Rather than treating every booking as an isolated transaction, the experience connects the different parts of the care journey:
Create care for one or many
One of the key workflows was making it possible to create care requests for individual recipients or groups of recipients.
Make it manageable
A workflow designed around how facilities actually operate
The interface breaks complex care coordination into manageable steps.
Care recipient management
Facilities can register and maintain profiles for their care recipients, giving teams a centralized place to manage the people receiving care.
Flexible care booking
Care teams can create visits for a single recipient or multiple recipients, making the platform useful for both individual needs and larger facility operations.
Service selection
Different care requirements can be selected as part of the booking flow, allowing teams to communicate exactly what type of support is required.
Care preferences & instructions
Important information such as language preferences, recipient preferences, and care instructions can be captured before the visit begins.
Group care
Create care visits for multiple recipients while keeping each person's requirements visible and manageable.
Visit Oversight
View past, ongoing, and upcoming visits in one place, giving facility teams a clear overview of their care operations.
